KING OF THE JUNGLE
The ones that thrive in the jungle are at the top of the food chain. The cats have all the
qualities to thrive; stealth, speed, intelligence, cooperation and many more admirable attributes.

Let's examine some of these fine characteristics:

Any real information is not shared with the public. Unlike the stock market, the more money that
is placed on a commodity at the track (racehorse) the lower the return is if the animal wins. A
serious player will not share information. The return to a serious player can be a large
percentage of the betting pool, so why would this player want to share his choice with the
world? Everyone likes to make a prediction and then boast about it if it comes to pass. That
might be the only reason to yell out your choice, but if it is, it is foolish. If you know what you're
doing, don't let others know. The fact is, in horse racing, most people will not be interested in
your pick anyway. You see, this game is about
ego. We all want to make our own
selections, and then be proud when we win.

However, information...especially reliable information, is indeed worth its' weight in gold for
obvious reasons, so don't let your prey (competition...the other players) see you coming. The
cat goes unnoticed until he strikes. There is a lot to be said for
STEALTH.
1) STEALTH - Information is secret. You must know that anyone who walks
up to you at the track and tells you he knows a jockey, then gives you a winner and
tells you to meet him at the bar after you win...is called a tout.
TOUTS do not give
information away for free.
TOUTS give everyone a different winner knowing one of his
victims will collect and so will they.
2) SPEED - We all know that speed is essential for a horse to win a race, controlled by
the jockey or driver, to properly pace the animal. But, that's not what will be discussed at this
point. We will look at the human elements of speed because speed is a vital factor to thrive in
this game. Let's examine this issue.

Q: How long should it take you to handicap a race properly?
A: Many years. Mentioned earlier was the fact that it is essential to chart and evaluate all the
time in order to learn what works and what doesn't when you handicap.

Q: How long does it take a professional handicapper to analyze a race properly?
A: The professional handicapper may be able to make an accurate judgement almost
immediately, in some cases. One look, a snapshot overview, can provide an experienced pro
with an instant decision. However, in many cases, even the best of handicappers may have to
spend anywhere from 5 minutes to a couple of hours the night before. There are even
situations where the race is too mind boggling to figure it out, in which case the best advice is:
Do not play it.

Q: OK, handicapping properly is something to think about, but is that what this 'human' speed
thing is all about?
A: No. The primary issue here, relating to speed, is the speed at which it takes you
to build up your bankroll. Your ultimate goal is the bottom line...CASH. You must
employ excellent money management skills that, not only protect your money, but
also build it up as rapidly as possible without taking huge risks. The best of
handicappers have gone down in flames because they could not control their money.
Build it up, bet more, win more, and don't give it back.

Q: So how can this all be summarized?
A: In summary, the advice here is to take your time in making your selection and, most
importantly, do not miss an important detail. Be aware if you are taking too long and fighting
with the information. This could be a sign to stay out of the race. If you are new to the game, be
persistent, don't give up, but always question the failures. Try to chart the various factors so
that you may have a better picture of what works when you handicap and what does not.

Most importantly bet wisely. TheCHROMABREDS makes available a
money
management system
which you can purchase from us (mentioned later). This will prevent you
from incurring large losses on a single race, but will enable you to build your capital on the
successes and utilize momentum to your best advantage (in order to rapidly build your
bankroll).

In the jungle, the speed at which it takes a hunter to kill and eat its' prey is crucial if
the hunter does not want the competition and scavengers hounding him for his prize.

The danger you face, when catching a prize, is holding on to it. In the case of humans,
we can be our own worst nightmare. Excellent money management skills, however,
will prevent that.
3) INTELLIGENCE - There is no question about it...Horse racing is a brainy
game.  Some of the handicapping contests out there are quite laughable. There was a contest
not too long ago, in which the winner was a lady who picked the winners because she liked the
horses' names. How can this be called a handicapping contest? Yet she beat out all of the
serious handicappers. This demonstrates that nothing is proven by a dozen or two races. A
real handicapping contest would take years and would not be practical. The real winners are
the handicappers who have figured this game out and the players who get professional
assistance.

Here are some definitions of this word. It should be clear as to how these definitions apply to
racing:

in·tel·li·gence [ in téllijənss ] (plural in·tel·li·genc·es)

noun

Definition:

1. ability to think and learn: the ability to learn facts and skills and apply them, especially when
this ability is highly developed

2. secret information: information about secret plans or activities.

3. gathering of secret information: the collection of secret information

4. people gathering secret information: an organization that gathers information about the
secret information, or the people involved in gathering such information
3) COOPERATION - When the cats want to bring down a huge animal, they
attack in numbers. One cat alone would not be able to accomplish this feat. In racing, there are
situations where a group of people, working towards the same goal, must cooperate to bring
down the huge profits. In some cases, information must be shared to come up with a
consensus of what may be the best horse. There are times when guidance is needed, with a
touch of discipline, so that ones' money management efforts may be successful.
The
CHROMABREDS
, was formed to enable cooperation and all of the above elements to flourish
and be utilized in the production of winners.
The CHROMABREDS is your answer to put and end, once and for all,
to the losing downward spiral you may have been experiencing. We
even have our own web-radio station
RadioCHROMA.com where
special shows will feature race cards with selections given to
CHROMABREDS members. Listeners will also have a chance to call
in and share their thoughts and information. We are an organization
that was developed to be the players' most powerful edge!
